Functions, tasks, authorities:
- Department of Finance and planning is a professional organ belonging to the Town People's Committee with the function of assisting and consulting for the Town People's Committee in the management on all activities related to the fields of finance, planning in the Town; implementing some duties, authorities according to the Town's authority and regulations of the Law.
- Department of Finance and planning is put under the direct management and conduct of the Town People's Committee as well as the guidance, conduct and professional monitoring of Quang Ninh Provincial Service of Finance, Service of Planning – Investment.
